The Ultra Alliance

Soon after the formation of The Roman Empire the former alliance of its leader, Ulthran, came to say that the Ultra Alliance was being rebuilt once more. An offer was extended to Ulthran to join back into the Ultra Alliance but it was declined and in the stead of a merger a strong friendship formed between the two alliances that would last forever after. Once both alliances had been established and both had clearly shown their lust for sovereignty a pact was made between them to pronounce their friendship to Bob. A Treaty of Friendship was forged between them and that lasted until it was decided that it should be upgraded and so it was. An ODP now exists between them and they are two of the founders of the Devon Bloc which they are both now a part of. To be continued...
