Tech Trading Expenditure

After completing a tech trade the best thing to purchase is infrastructure. Buy infrastructure levels by the 100 until you can no longer afford the next 100 levels. Then go to improvements and purchase as many improvements as you can with the population boost from the infrastructure. Save the remainder for use in case of emergency. You should always try to have enough to restock your army completely should it be destroyed in an attack.
